no more back pain

What sets our approach apart using ConnectTherapy is that we are able to see the impact of any part of your body on the site where you’re experiencing pain and treat it.

Conditions we treat/activities we optimize

  • Foot and ankle pain

  • Neck and back pain

  • Hip Pain

  • Running optimizations

  • Physical performers (acrobats, dancers)

Pre and Post-operative Care for:

  • Total hip and total knee surgery

  • Foot and ankle surgery

  • Tendon repairs

  • Spine surgery

The goal of our orthopaedic program is to decrease the length of time it takes for your muscles and joints to regain their strength and flexibility after injury or illness. Illness can be anything that makes you bedridden for a few days or weeks like the flu, covid, or surgery on a distant body part, like your hand or knee. Injury is any impact like a one-off bending over and feeling a “tweak” in your back or a repetitive problem like walking or running in a way that puts stress on your hip and knee and wears down the joint over time.

In all of these cases, our program focuses on strength, flexibility, and endurance, which are the foundation of being able to move the way you want and do the things you want or need to do.

The techniques we use are based on our advanced training in ConnectTherapy and exercises we create for you are customized to your specific needs. Read more about it in our blog post. This is a different approach than with most outpatient physical therapy clinics where you may work with a doctor of physical therapy for a few minutes and then do exercises on your own or with an aide. While that approach can give results, we have found it to be inadequate in truly optimizing movement. Therefore, the exercises we create for your are customized to your specific needs during every session.

Our Process

We respect your time. To streamline the care we give you and provide you with a great service experience, we follow this process
Meet●Assess●Do●Review

MEET with us over phone or video for a free consultation. This is where we can help you determine whether our service is exactly what you need at this point in your recovery.

We’ll ASSESS you in person during a thorough evaluation that includes not only your body but all of that makes you you! That is, your whole body, your story, and your goals.

We’ll create a program and work with you throughout the process to adjust and tweak it to make sure you get to the finish line. You might discover some cool things about your body along the way! You DO the work and we’ll catalyze your progress.

We’ll do a reassessment and REVIEW of your progress periodically to make sure you (and us) are still on track to recovery.

  • You get a full evaluation using the ConnectTherapy framework and interventions such as manual techniques to loosen muscles and joints that need it, and strengthening exercises to put you in thet best shape possible for your surgery. There is a large body of research that indicates going into surgery stronger means you’ll recover faster afterwards.

  • When you come to see us after surgery and when cleared by your surgeon for rehabilitation, we use a variety of techniques and modalities to get your range of motion and strength to its optimal level. We conduct a full evaluation using the ConnectTherapy framework. Once you surgery has healed, we then move on to optimizing your movement so that you minimize you chances of recurrent injury.

  • We offer fixed pricing for pre and post-operative care. For pre-operative care, pricing starts at $995 and covers everything you need to physically prepare for your surgery. For post-operative care, pricing starts at $1995 and includes all sessions. We have fixed 12 month payment plans available for our budget-conscious clients. For regular evaluations and follow up visit rate, you can see our booking page by following the Book button above.
